今年は「繭」。

明けましておめでとうございます！！

昨年は自分自身新たなチャレンジを仕掛けたり、新しい家族がたくさん増えたりと非常に充実した1年でした。 とても大きな感覚の違いを感じたのは、大きな組織を出ることで自分にも相手にも”その人の人間性”や”人格”が大きく影響するということ。 そして、ビジネスを立ち上げるということの難しさ。昨年末に孫正義がドナルド・トランプに会って「5万人の雇用を生み出す」と宣言したことのすごさが、この1年でとても大きく感じるようになりました。

Last year was very fun for me - I did many challenges and my new familly came. It was surprised for me that I felt "Humanity" is very important for I and my partners after I left a company. Further I found launching new business very hard. I understand how great is Son's word to Donald Trump "I create more 50,000 employment." .

毎年、その1年の指標となる漢字を決めてfacebook上で公開していたのですが、きちんとストックさせたい、1年経ってタイムラインを遡って探すのがめんどくさい…etc　があって、今年からブログに書いていきたいと思います。 去年は「築」でした。

At every year I do a presentation that I choice one Kanji which is my direction through the year. Because of my wish that I want to stuck documents and spend less time finding past posts, I start to write a blog such as this articles. By the way, This is "築" last year.

今年は、家も”築”いている最中で、5月には夫婦から家族を”築”きます。自分のキャリアと言う意味でも”築”く年にしたいと思ってます。単なる”one of them”から頼れる”top of them”になるための大きな一歩を無事歩んで行きたいと思います。

さて、今年はタイトルにもあるように、、、「繭」です。

At this year, "繭(cocoon)".

今までは”挑む”やら”築く”やらこうしたい的なフレーズでしたが、一転してこうでありたい的なフレーズでいこうと思います。 繭ってご存知の通り、昆虫がつくる白くて楕円形っぽいやつです。あの中で幼虫は成虫になります。けど、その過程や中身がどうなっているのかは誰も知りません。しかしながら、繭の中では多くのドラスティックな変化があり、すさまじい成長と変態が起こっています。 今年はそんな「疾きこと風の如く、徐かなること林の如く、侵略すること火の如く、動かざること山の如し」を体現していきます。

From now I choose the word to "become" such as to challenge and to build, but I choice the word to "be" at this year. As you know, the cocoon is made by insects and is white and round. However insects become mature in a cocoon, nobody knows what is happen there. There are many drastic changes and tremendous growth, transformation. I want to conduct like 「as fast as the wind, as quiet as the forest, as daring as fire and as immovable as the mountain.」.

先日Bridgeも1歳の誕生日を迎え、2期目に突入しています。 1年目は温情に次ぐ温情を受けていたので、今年はもっとバリューを出してそのお返しをしていきたいと考えています。 お世話になっている方々、今後共よろしくお願いいたします。

The days before it was 1 year after launching Bridge, Inc.. Last year we received many kindnesses from many people so that we try to reward them for this year. Everyone, please get together with us.
